The River Club is located 18 kilometres upstream from the town of Livingstone, Zambia and the renowned Victoria Falls.

Set on 50 acres of privately owned land, the lodge is located on a magnificent vantage point that provides stunning views over a sweeping bend of the Zambezi River.


The River Club has 11 suites in total; 7 River Suites, 2 Luxury River Suites,1 Luxury Family River Suite and 1 Princess Mary Villa.

2 semi-private en-suite bedrooms (dividing wall) - one with a Queen bed and the other with Twin 3/4 beds

Princess Mary Suite which is a Double storey villa also has:
2 private en-suite bedrooms, the downstairs with twin beds and the upstairs master bedroom with private balcony and king bed

There are a variety of on-site activities for in-house guests including tennis courts, croquet, nature trails and a snooker table.

Additional external activities can be booked either directly through the lodge or in advance through our team.

For younger guests, The River Club offer a Kids@The Club adventure bag on arrival which includes outdoor games, activities and tips on exploring the 50 acres. The Club is an ideal retreat to create lasting family memories.

Community Projects;

Simonga Village – on-going development and upliftment, some projects include;
Erecting the Health Post and providing equipment
Providing 300 Solar Lamps to children who need to study at night
Renovation of the water supply system that provides 50,000 L of clean drinking water daily to villagers
Building a library and canteen at the school

Staff Relief Fund – land near the lodge provided to staff for farming their own produce

The lodge is powered through mains electricity with Inverter/Solar system as back-up.
