When African Bush Camps first opened Thorntree River Lodge in 2017, the closest health clinic for the community was 20km away in Livingstone. The African Bush Camps Foundation has therefore partnered with the community to build a Health Centre that will greatly improve access to basic facilities and empower the community to care for its members.

Power is mains electricity with back up generator.
