We loved the trip, thank you. All the arrangements went to plan. We thoroughly enjoyed both Chobe Ichingo River lodge and the Zambezi Queen. Food and service were very good at the lodge and the accommodation on board the Zambezi Queen, the general appointment of the vessel and the food and service were next level. The 'game drives' on the small boats, both from the lodge and the ZQ, were fabulous and the guides were absolutely excellent. I was blown away by the extent of the waterways at Chobe. And seeing game from the water, as opposed to from the land, was a unique and wonderful experience. A truly memorable trip all round!

Thank you for organizing our trip to Lower Zambezi and stay at Chongwe Albida Suite. The trip was amazing and exceeded our expectations! The accommodation and staff were great! We felt very spoilt - like royalty. The charter flight was convenient and adventurous ✈️ We’ll have to go back at some point to find the wild dogs and spot a leopard or two… My daughter said that it’s the best holiday that she’s ever been on… …perhaps a future safari guide 🤔 The only negative being that the trip was too short 😉 I spotted a tear on our departure (sad to go) - must say something. I certainly have a soft spot for the Lower Zambezi and Zambia. Thank you very much 🙏

Thank you for the tribal napkins! They are beautiful and will always remind us of our amazing stay here at Amanzi camp!! Robert is an outstanding guide; thanks for making sure he was the one to introduce us to Africa. Our extensive wildlife sightings have been truly memorable: elephants, wild dogs, hippos, crocs, impalas (by the hundreds), leopards, lions, lioness & her cubs, water bucks, zebras, mongoose, porcupine…the list goes on!! We can see why you chose this special place for us. Everyone one on staff has been welcoming and taken care of all our needs - and then some! We also had great experiences in Cape Town and Victoria Falls. They were the perfect spots to visit while getting acclimated to the time zone change. Dear Emma, We are leaving shortly for home but I wanted to let you know all three of us had such an incredible time. We loved every moment of this trip - I myself am truly sad to leave Zambia. You were so very helpful in putting everything together and it all went smoothly. Both Lion Camp and Anabezi were beautiful locations and we saw an amazing number of species. I can’t even imagine picking out one favorite although the lioness and her three cubs were special. And we were all alone to see them! Thank you again for all of your help throughout. We plan to go with Edward again soon. Once I get home I will email him personally to again let him know how much we enjoyed being part of his safari. He is a unique and wonderful guide.

Dear Emma. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful Zambian trip you prepared for us. We loved every minute of it!! All the lodges were spectacular, but my favorite was Nkozi bush camp. Not only for the proximity to wild life, but the staff, the food, everything was just perfect. We celebrated Carmine’s birthday there and they really made it feel special for us. We came home with wonderful memories. Hi Emma, Thank you so much for setting up and organizing our trip. It was absolutely fantastic and the girls loved it. Kukaya was just lovely, so comfortable and relaxing and we had the most amazing lady called Charity looking after our villa and a great guide called Mabel who was able to find so many sightings and even went out of her way to track down a pride of lions lazing around at the end of our final game drive. The food there was also extremely good- I had tried Wendy the Chef’s food before when I went to Chindeni so great to be lucky enough to have that again. So all in all a wonderful experience for us. I want to go back to Villa #4 on my next trip up there to just chill out! Avani was also great and the zebra hanging around the grounds was a surreal bonus. Very comfortable hotel so all good. The day trip to Chobe was seamless, even with so many bus changes, border check ins, etc all went very smoothly so that was great. Flights and all pickups were all smooth and hassle free as well. My friends left for Capetown feeling like they had seen the best of Zambia and they really had a wonderful time. Thank you once again. I hope some more friends/family can come to Zambia so I can book another trip soon. Judith

Hi Moses, I had an absolutely incredible time at Mfuwe Lodge and Kapamba bushcamp! It was the most beautiful place; the food was amazing and the scenery was breathtaking. I saw all the animals in the wild and my guide, Mulenga, was simply the best and so knowledgeable. I particularly enjoyed my time at Kapamba (where I had my birthday) and had a much-needed digital detox. I can't wait to come back and would love to stay at Mfuwe again, especially in November when the elephants walk through reception. Thank you so much for booking my trip! It was a once in a life time which I’m so grateful for.

Hi Julius, It was fabulous, thanks! Mfuwe lodge was lovely, no issues at all with logistics. We were lucky with the wildlife (2 leopard, a pride of 17 lions). South Luangwa is really teeming with life. My guide was excellent, very knowledgeable – possibly the best guide I’ve known on any wildlife safari trips. Best regards, Doug

Hi Karen, Wilderness Busanga was fantastic; my guide Willard was really knowledgeable about the lions we saw and was very flexible on the game drives, giving advice about different areas and what we might see, but he made detours to look for specific birds/antelopes I was interested in. Stephen, the manager of the camp, and all of the staff were welcoming, and as I was on my own in the camp for two days, joined me for meals, which was appreciated. Andrew

Thank you, Karen, We had a wonderful trip & loved Zambia. The people were so gracious & friendly, sincerely so. The wildlife was abundant and fantastic. The trip was so well orchestrated. - people to greet us at each airport & guide us to next place - wonderful, knowledgeable guides - so informative. - amazing how the spotters and drivers find the wildlife! Two nights they found leopards! - at Mfuwe & Bushcamp - staff greeted us after each drive with wet cloths and drinks! (it was hotter than expected, so this was much appreciated!) - Sundowners on Zambesi riverbank with incredible views - Latitude 15 was a GREAT hotel - we loved the art and boutique, unique design - Waterberry was beautiful. Victoria Falls AMAZING. We are so glad we went to the Zimbabwe side! - my husband loved the Devil's Pool - experience of a lifetime We wish we had another day in Livingstone. We would have liked to slow down a bit and have more time at the Falls, etc. Also, to enjoy the views from Waterberry and the gorgeous pool. I know Cathie was trying to keep to a certain number of days. Thank you for all your organization did to make this trip of a lifetime so wonderful! Hi Emma, The trip was absolutely wonderful! We have been to many places around the world, and we all agree that our trip to Zambia was the very best!!! We experienced so many incredible things during the trip, but my absolute favorite happened on our last full day at Robin's House. I was sitting out by the pool in the afternoon, and a group of one baby and two adult baboons came by to get a drink. They stood next to the deck for a few minutes, and several times the baby nursed from the mother. It was magical! Thank you also for the gifts from Mulberry Mongoose! Best, Stacey

So, we absolutely loved Chongwe ... so glad we were in the Albida Suite - I don’t think we would have enjoyed it as much in the regular tents. The staff were all wonderful, food was good and one of the best things was the elephants who wandered through our suite every day picking up seed pods! The guide, Ronald was great. Maybe not the most experienced fishing guide, but our guests didn’t notice, only us since we’ve had a lot of experience in that department! My Aunt and Uncle both caught tiger fish, so they were chuffed! We had a lunch on the boat one of the days which was a lovely surprise. They were absolutely blown away by the Zambezi so I’m sure they will be back! Both my Aunt and Uncle loved Toka Leya too but said it was a very different experience - more “hotel-y” but still lovely. The food was excellent and they enjoyed the activities. The heli ride was a wonderful surprise and they said it was absolutely breathtaking. They also want to come back to see the falls when they are in full flow!

Dear Emma, I just wanted to write and say what a completely amazing holiday we had in Zambia and Malawi. Everyone enjoyed themselves enormously and there were no issues at all. I honestly can't give you one helpful note. We loved it from start to finish. For Alice and Rollo, who had never been to Africa before, it was life-changing. So thank you, from everyone, for arranging such an incredible trip.

Hi Karen, Thank you for the follow-up - we had a wonderful time! Zambia was such a lovely and pleasant surprise. Carter said this was his best birthday ever! The Royal Livingstone had a cake in the room when we arrived. We also had an opportunity to feed the giraffes while there, enjoyed a helicopter ride over the falls, and sunset cruise on the Zambezi River. Mfuwe Lodge is lovely! We had an excellent guide. It takes quite a bit to impress us since we've been on so many safari's but this was great! We saw three leopards, two sets of lions, wild dogs, hyenas, and all the usual suspects: giraffes, elephants, buffalo, zebra, impala, etc. I love how they structure the days and we all got massages - it was glorious! Thank you so much for arranging the travel for us. It was greatly appreciated and we really hope to make it back to Zambia again! Cheers, Heather

Hi Karen, Everything went extremely well. All the flights went well, everything went smoothly and was well organized. This was a very complex trip and were very impressed that everything went so smoothly. Matusadona boat was great, the food superb and Scott the guide was excellent. Old Drift Camp- very nice, new, high end, food was excellent, service was excellent. Etosha Park and Onguma Fort- what a place! Outstanding customer service, very high end, very nice accommodations great safari guide. Outstanding food. We could have spent another day there.

Hi Moses, Greetings. We had a really special weekend. The service at Royal Zambezi Lodge was exceptional – everyone was so professional and friendly. It was wonderful to experience such a skilled team. Food was excellent. Rooms very comfortable. We were lucky with the weather – we did not get rained out but had amazing skies with the clouds. Fishing was mostly successful, everyone caught and it was great fun. But above all it was the service that really stood out. Really impressive. Many thanks for the organisation.

Hello Moses. We had a wonderful time at every phase of our safari. We are so grateful for your recommendations and handling of all the planning. It totally paid off. Bilimungwe was fantastic and we loved being way back in the bush with very few other visitors in the area. That camp is also excellent. Saw lots of leopard in particular. The Luangwa Safari House was probably our favorite stop on the entire trip. The staff was great, the game plentiful and food outstanding. As you know, the game come all around the house and one day we came home to find three baboons drinking out of the swimming pool! We loved that wide open place and all of its surroundings. The flight down to Lower Zambezi was perfect and we really enjoyed the Royal Zambezi Lodge and all the waterfront activities. One of my grandsons caught two tiger fish, and that was his top priority in life! That location right on the water is very scenic and we really enjoyed the place. I also think the order in which we did each place was perfect. Thanks again for all your hard work for us in planning. We really appreciated it. The arrangements were all perfect and worked out well. Hi Karen, Thanks for checking in. It was a great trip, truly. The weather was great. The bat excursions and our guide, Simon, was very accommodating. The food was quite good. The rooms were very clean, housekeeping was very diligent. It was a good trip and the long drive was worth it.

Hello Emma and Moses, We had a fabulous time in Kaingu, as usual. It is such a magical place and the staff and accommodations are perfect. We hope to make this our annual Thanksgiving tradition and return next year yet again. We especially enjoyed the family chalet, I am not sure if we could go back to the regular ones now.

We had a great time in South Luangwa. Robin's house was fantastic and all staff were amazing in making our stay so special. However, I have to single out Obi for being such a great guide and manager. He went out of his way to ensure we had some great game drives and saw as much as possible; and kept an eye on the workings of the house so that we were well taken care of. Also, Steven for being such a great chef - he was so flexible with all of our requests and always passionate about his cooking. The house itself was very private and relaxing, really works well for family groups. Overall, I think this was one of the best safaris we have been on. Many thanks to Karen for making all the arrangements and for recommending Robin's House.

We certainly had an amazing time. The transfers from the airport and in between the camps were seamless. We absolutely loved Lion Camp. Our driver/ guide was so knowledgeable and knew where to look for animals. He even extended our time out on occasion, when we were looking for leopards and lions in the evenings. Wayne and Vicky, the lodge managers were so hospitable and friendly. Their whole staff were top notch and the food excellent. The chalets have been remodeled and are so lovely. They have these state of the art cooling systems which are efficient and effective in keeping us cool. Resident elephants added to the wild bush feel. We loved it! Dear Yvonne (Time + Tide), Dear Emma, Just a few words to tell you that our trip to LZNP was an unconditional success from the beginning until the end. Really, it could not have been better. The staff at Chongwe River Camp is simply amazing, so well trained, so humble, so nice, so knowledgeable. We felt like a King, a Queen, and a Princess! The infrastructure is impeccable. The food... Vincent is the Chef I would like to have at the residence (Vincent followed all my requests in relation to the type of food Emma and I wanted to have, without compromising Arthur's gourmet palate for fatter, sweeter, and more diverse food). Michael, the butler, is a real gentleman, Ronald, our young guide (not even 30 years old) is simply unique and has a wonderful future in front of him. Given, the assistant of Michael was extremely helpful as was Bob, the guide assisting Ronald. Nezzy and Mwaca monitored everything in a very discrete way to ensure that everything would run perfectly. Indeed, they fully succeed! Thanks to both of you for your warm and continuous assistance. It is clear in our mind that we will go back to a Time and Tide lodge in the near future.
