In 2015, Anabezi’s sister Camp Amanzi opened for those travelers who prefer a more intimate feel. The name "Amanzi" means water in the Tonga language and draws inspirations from the site’s intimate position on the Zambezi.
The intimate camp is very private with the tents generously spaced and connected with a raised walkway to the main area. The main area offers stunning views over the Ngwenya channel and a mosaic of islands that are home to a group of elephant bulls. The main area has a teak sun deck which features the pool overlooking the river.

Location
Amanzi Camp is situated directly on the banks of the Ngwenya channel Lower Zambezi. Access is via charter or scheduled flight into Jeki Airstrip which is approximately one hours’ drive from camp or into Kulefu Airstrip, approximately 15 minutes drive from camp.Lower Zambezi National Park is accessible by a 30 minute flight from Lusaka.

In recent months Anabezi has set up a Community Based Food Programme and raised funds to donate food and mealie meal to the Mugurameno community. The company also supports Mugurameno School with various projects including the building of Teacher accommodation.
Conservation Projects supported include Anti – Poaching in the Chiawa GMA with the funding of a 6 man anti- poaching team to protect parts of the Chiawa GMA and the purchasing of supplementary food for the wildlife.
