Remote Africa - Tafika Camp

South Luangwa

Tafika is Remote Africa's flagship camp located north of the game rich Nsefu Sector. The Coppinger Family are based here during the season and a stay with them will normally mean a meal or two personally hosted by John, Carol, Jenny or Nick. The camp is rustic - with thatch and reed chalets which are rebuilt every year, but offers a very high standard of guiding, food and service.

A wide range of activities are offered and the camp also has two hides which offer the opportunity of game viewing in-between activities. Hides overlook the camp waterhole which is frequented by herds of elephant, bushbuck, puku, impala, mongoose and several bird species.
